Can I walk in?
No. Every visit is booked, which is why the chair is ready when you arrive. Use the booking page or text (865) 555-0104.
How does booking by text work?
Text your name, the service and two times that work. Uriel replies between cuts to confirm one of them.
How long does a cut take?
A taper or clipper cut takes 30 to 40 minutes, a skin fade 45 to 60, and the long visit about 75. Each service on the menu shows its time.
Can you cut my hair?
Yes. Uriel cuts waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair. Tell him how you wear it when you book.
What if I am running late?
Text when you leave. Uriel holds your time for 10 minutes; after that he may need to shorten the service or move you to the next opening.
Where is the studio?
Studio 4 is at 1205 North Central Street in Knoxville, at the back of the courtyard behind the building. There is parking beside it.
Can I book with a photo?
Yes. Send the photo by text before your visit, or bring it on your phone. It helps to show the sides and the top.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Children eight and older are welcome with a parent in the studio. Booking is the same as for anyone else.
How often should I come back?
Most fades stay sharpest for three to four weeks, and a one-length cut for four to six. Uriel will tell you at the chair.
How does tipping work?
Tips go to Uriel. You can leave one in cash at the chair or on the card reader.
